Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 July 2026 · The short version: £149/month flat, cancel anytime, be decent, your data is yours.
1. What DeskGo is
DeskGo is a desk and room booking service for offices, provided by DeskGo ("we", "us"). These terms are a contract between us and the organisation that signs up ("you"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, for keeping your credentials safe, and for what happens under your account. Accounts are for your organisation's internal use — one workspace per organisation, as many users and desks as you like.
You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your organisation to these terms.
3. Payment
DeskGo costs £149 per month, flat. Unlimited desks, unlimited users, all features. No per-seat charges, no tiers, no surprise line items.
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial — no card required. After the trial, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the service. You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing hello@deskgo.io; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we don't offer partial refunds for unused time.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice — changes never apply retroactively.
4. Acceptable use
Use DeskGo for booking workspaces, not for anything unlawful. Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service, resell it without our agreement, or upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.
5. Your data
You own the data you put into DeskGo — your offices, desks, bookings, and user records. We process it only to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you cancel, you can ask us to export or delete your data.
6. Availability and support
We work hard to keep DeskGo available, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is available at hello@deskgo.io and we aim to respond within one business day.
7. Liability
DeskGo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost data, or lost desk time. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop using DeskGo and cancel at any time. We can terminate with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you materially breach these terms. On termination we'll make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll email your account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use DeskGo after that means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions? Email hello@deskgo.io — a human reads it.
